St. Anna’s

The Church of St. Anna’s was located on the corner of Main St. and Churchill St, where the Pentecostal Church now stands. It was  constructed of brick and featured a portico in the Grecian style, featuring 6 columns.  In 1834, St. Anna’s acquired it’s first burial ground, on land donated by Henry Churchill.  It is a small area, bounded by Union Avenue and Phillips Street.
